Lemon pickle
Steps

Slice lemons and squeeze juice and store in a jar for 3 days. Squeeze juice also should be there in the jar itself.

Roast mustard, cumin and fenugreek seeds.

Grind it into a fine powder

Take a pan and keep it on the stove and pour oil, once the oil heats add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste into it.

Turn off the stove and add chilli powder, ground powder into it.

Mix it well..

Add lemons into it.

Mix it well and serve hot with rice /chapathi /roti.
