Ingredients

  1. 250 gm- Roasted vermicelli
  2. 750ml- Milk
  3. 400 gm- sugar
  4. 100 gm- khoya
  5. 4 tbsp- ghee
  6. 2tbsp- Raisins
  7. 2tbsp- cashew nuts
  8. 1tbsp- Roasted almonds
  9. 1 tbsp- pistachio nuts
  10. 5-7- saffron strands
  11. Soak in 1 tbsp of water

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan fry vermicelli in hot ghee until light golden brown.pour in milk.

    Allow it to simmer for two minutes.add sugar and continue cooking until sugar dissolves.

    Stir in Saffron, khoya, Raisins and nuts.granish with dry fruits.

    Serve hot/ cool.
