Ingredients

  1. 250 gm- washed urad dal
  2. 1 cup- curd
  3. 1/2 cup- onion finely chopped
  4. 1 inch- ginger chopped
  5. 2-3- green chillies chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp- cumin seed
  7. 1/2 tsp- Salt
  8. 1/4 tsp- baking powder
  9. 15-20- Raisins
  10. Oil for frying
  11. 2tbsp- coriander chopped for garnish
  12. 2tbsp- green chutney
  13. 2tbsp- tamarind chutney
  14. Sprinkle -chaat masala
  15. Sprinkle -Red chillies Powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak dal in enough water to cover the dal. Soak it for 3 hours. Drain and grind.

    Add chopped onion, ginger, coriander chilles, Salt, cumin seeds and soda.

    Heat oil.make bhalla with daal batter. Deep fry each bhalla in untill the light golden brown. Drian oil keep a side

    Soak in hot water for 10 minute. Press water lightly.

    Take a one bowl beat curds,add salt, cumin seeds.soak Raisins in water for ten minutes.add to the curd. Lay bhalla in a dish pour curds on it.

    Garnish with Red chilli powder,chaat masala,coriander leaves, green chutney, tamrianed chutney cumin seeds powder.

    Serve it yummy chatpate dahi bhalle.
