Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflattened rice
  2. 1/2 cupraw peanut
  3. 1potato peeled and chopped
  4. 1tomato, finely chopped
  5. 100 mloil
  6. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  7. 1 pinchhing
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt or according to your taste
  9. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  10. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  11. 1lemon
  12. Chopped green coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak flattened rice for 15 minutes.

    Heat the oil and fry peanuts and chopped potatoes.

    Now reduce oil to 1 tablespoon and add hing and crackeled mustard seeds.

    Now add soaked flattened rice and all spices.

  5. 5

    Mix well for 5 minutes.

    Now add fried peanuts and potatoes and mix well.

  7. 7

    Add chopped tomatoes and chopped green coriander.

  8. 8

    Lastlt squeeze lemon juice on top.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with any choice of namkeen.
