Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled sprouted green beans
  2. 1 cupboiled red chickpea
  3. 10-12vada of dahivada
  4. 1/2 cuppieces of boiled potato
  5. 1/2 cupcrushed Puri of panipuri
  6. 1/4 cuplemon pepper favoured groundnuts
  7. 1 cupchurned dahi (salt and sugar added)
  8. 1/2 cuptamarind and dates chutney
  9. 1/2 cupgreen chutney
  10. 1/4 cupchopped tomato and onion
  11. 1/4 cupbundi
  12. 1 cupplain sev
  13. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  14. 1 tspred chilli powder
  15. 1 tsprock salt
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. a pinchChaat masala to sprinkle

Steps

  1. 1

    First add salt, rock salt and red chilli powder in boiled sprouted green beans, red chickpeas and potato. Make vada of dahivada. (Urad dal)

    Chopped tomato, onion and coriander leaves. Churn dahi. Here Salted bundi, plain sev and lemon and pepper flavoured groundnuts, puri I take readymade.

    Now put the sprouted green beans, chana, potatoes and vada in a deep dish. Add salted bundi, lemon and pepper flavoured groundnuts, puri. Pour the yogurt on it. Then pour tamarind and green chutney. Now sprinkle chopped onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle plain sev. Sprinkle chopped coriander.
