Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 3 cupwater
  • 1 tspjeera(cumin seeds)
  • 1 cupfinely chopped fresh Fenugreek leaves
  • Pinchasafoetida
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspginger and green chillies paste
  • to tastesalt
  • For serving
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 spoonPickle masala
  • as neededCoriander leaves finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pot and add water,salt,jeera,ginger chilli paste, Fenugreek leaves, asafoetida and bring it to boil and switch off the gas and add rice flour and mix it using with rolling pin and mix mix mix

    Masala khichu is ready to serve take a bowl and add khichu add any oil as per ur choice and sprinkle some pickle masala and coriander leaves
