Ingredients

15-20 minutes
4-5 peoples
  • For green chutney
  • 1 cupmint leaves
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  • 3-4green chillies
  • 1 inchginger
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 glasswater
  • For onion chutney
  • 2big onions (crushed or finely chopped)
  • 1 glasswater
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 Cuptamarind (imli)
  • 6pav
  • 250 grambhavnagar special spicy gathiya
  • as neededFinely chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixture jar and add all ingredients of green chutney and grind it and make smooth watery chutney

  2. 2

    Take one bowl add water and tamarind and make smooth pulp of it.now add finely chopped onion some water,red chilli powder and salt mix well and make onion tamarind chutney

  3. 3

    Now prepare dish first take one paav and cut in small peaces add some gathiya on it and add both chatnis and serve with some coriander leaves.
