Heat a pan add chopped ginger,green chilli saute for a few minutes.Than add all sauted dry masala.Add boiled and mashed potato,salt mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add chopped coriander leaves mix well. Switch off the flame.

Cut the middle portion of the mirchi, stuff the potato mixture. Make a batter of besan,salt,carrom seeds &a pinch of baking soda.

Dip the mirchi with besan batter & deep fry the mirchi. Serve with tomato sauce.
