Dhirde is Maharashtrian recipe generally prepare for breakfast. One of the healthiest breakfast.
Steps

Mix bajra,rice and besan flour together in a mixing bowl. Add all dry ingredients like turmeric powder, salt, ajwain, cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder and asafoetida. Mix well.

Now add finely chopped methi, chilli garlic paste, coriander and curd. Mix all ingredients together well.

Add water to make the consistency like dosa batter. Heat the non stick pan or tava on low medium flame. Sprinkle some oil.

Pour ladle of batter to the heated tava. Spread it evenly by using the ladle. Cover it with lid and cook for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes remove the lid, apply some oil and flip it. Cook the other side till you get light brown spots on dhirde.

Serve hot with curd, ghee or pickle.
