Stir-Fried Pork with Broccoli

Steps
- 1
Wash the broccoli thoroughly. Cut the florets into pieces and peel the stalk, then slice it into pieces.
- 2
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water. Once cooked, transfer it to a bowl of ice water. When the broccoli is cool, drain it in a colander.
- 3
Meanwhile, slice the pork into thin pieces and set aside.
- 4
Shred the carrot into thin strips and slice the onion.
- 5
Heat a pan and add vegetable oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the pork and stir-fry until cooked, then add the carrot and onion.
- 6
Stir-fry for a moment, then add the broccoli. Pour in a little broth and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir everything together and adjust the seasoning to taste, then turn off the heat.
- 7
Serve immediately on a plate. Stir-fried vegetables are best enjoyed hot.
