Ingredients

  1. 4potato
  2. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  3. 1 teaspoonCumin
  4. 1/4 teaspoonfenugreek seeds
  5. 1 tablespoonoil
  6. 1 table spoondry fenugreek leaves
  7. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  9. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder(optional)
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and chop potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat oil and add all above mentioned ingredients

  3. 3

    After few seconds add chopped potatoes

  4. 4

    Mix well and add salt to taste, cover lid cook till potatoes become soft
