Put the Mix the milk, sugar and vanilla flavour in a mixing bowl.

Sprinkle some water and knead for 5 minutes.

The mixture should be thick like dough.

Rub oil in your palms to avoid sticking and mould dough into small balls.

Fry on low heat to cook through and to avoid the milk balls from burning.
