A very simple, healthy and tasty meal.
Steps

Cut the chicken into medium sizes

Add all the spices and mix it well to marinate. Cover the bowl with a cling film and put it the fridge for at least one hour

Peel the potatoes and carots. Cut them into wedges.

Dry them. Marinate with 1/2 tbs black pepper and a tbs of oil.

Preheat the oven at 200 degree celcius for 5 minutes.

Cover the oven tray with aluminum foil and use a brush to lightly coat it with oil.

Place the potatoes and chicken. And it's ready to hit the oven.

After 20min flip the chicken to ensure both sides cook well.
