This is an unique recipe of chicken with a green paste,peas and a semi dry preparation which goes very well with fried rice or any Indian flat bread.

Make a paste of green chillies, coriander and add lemon juice to it.Set aside and also make a paste of 1 tbsp green peas,capsicum,cashewnuts, spring onion,curd,tomato and fresh cream.Marinate chicken with this.

Heat oil and ghee in a pan.Sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala.When it crackles,add chopped onion and fry till brown.Add the marinated chicken and toss.Add ginger garlic paste,coriander and fennel powder.Fry till oil leaves sides.Add rest of green peas and half cup water and boil till masala coats chicken.Add slit green chillies.Sprinkle garam masala and green coriander paste and toss till done.Serve hot with mixed veg fried rice,paratha or roti.
