    Peel potatoes

  2. 2

    Wash and use a slicer to slice thinly

  3. 3

    Wash with clean water

  4. 4

    Soak in water for 15 min

  5. 5

    Drain and fry in hot oil till cripsy

  6. 6

    Pour in a sieve and sprinkle salt or pepper n enjoy
