Take semolina maida and refined oil mix it well. Add curd mix it well. Let it rest for 15 mins.

Add milk to keep the required consistency followed by baking powder and soda. Then add dry fruits, tuti fruity and vanilla essence. Mix well.

Heat a Cooker and add salt at it's base let it heat on low flame for 10 minutes. Place stand over it. Now take the cake tin Grease it well. Pour the mixture in the cake tin. Add tutti fruity on it's top.

Keep the cake tin in the cooker. Close the lid without whistle. Let the cake cook for 25 mins on low flame and then for 10 minutes on medium flame. Check the when by inserting a toothpick if it comes out clean the cake is done.
