Sukhi Chane Ki Dal
Steps

Wash split bengal gram,soak for 2 hours. Pressure cook with little water and salt.

Heat ghee in kadhai,add dry red chilli, cummin seeds,bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom,clove. Saute for 1 min.

Add turmeric powder, slit green chilli,ginger, coriander powder. Mix and saute for 1 min.

Add cooked chanadal. Mix and add salt and sugar. Cook till water evaporates..to make it dry. Garnished with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Serve Delicious Sukhi Chane Ki Dal with Roti/ Paratha as side dish.
