Prepare short ribs. Clean and dab dry. In a large bowl, mix together the garlic, grape seed oil, sugar, salt, oyster sauce and sesame oil and then place ribs in the mixture and completely coat.

At this point, if you are in a rush, you can place the short ribs in the airfryer for 10 mins on 180C degrees. If not, cover the bowl and place in the fridge for an hour or overnight and then cook.

Great served with a side of Japanese or soft rice.
