Steps

Take a pan add half of ghee in pan and then add semolina and all dry fruits and roast them on a low flame till little colour change and a nice aroma come.

Take a another pot and add water and add sugar then make thick sugar syrup /boil for 5-6min.lastly add rose water to syrup.

Now add sugar syrup and remaining ghee in roasted semolina and mix them quickly.and switch off the flame. Next spread the mixture on a greased tray and set it well.

Next cut into square shape and sprinkle some chopped almond and pistachio.then leave for 1hr to set.
