On the heat put the pot,and add the vegetable with onion stir fry,add the eyesfish stir fry for some minutes,add the meat,thyme,garlic,scotchbonnet and cover it up.

Stir fry it well

Remove the bone of the fish and marsh it sharply and return it into the pot stir fry

Add some curry,seasoning, Allspices...stir fry

Add some water and cover it up, when it’s boil add the macaroni and stir,cover it up to cook for some minutes

When it’s olmost done add the vegetables(carrot,peas,red&green bell peppers)stir it and remove it not to over cooked.
