Shahi Chicken Korma

First, clean the chicken and marinate it for 1 hour.

Heat ghee and oil in a large pan. Fry the sliced onions until golden brown, then let them cool and grind into a coarse paste.

Grind the cashews, almonds, and coconut into a smooth paste.

In a large pan, heat oil and ghee. Add the marinated chicken and cook for a few minutes. Add the onion paste and the nut-coconut paste, then mix well.

Grind all the whole spices into a powder and add to the chicken.

Cook until the spices are well roasted. Add the fox nuts and salt, then mix. Add water as needed for your desired consistency and cook until done. Your Shahi Chicken Korma is ready.
