Peel off reddish and grate these. Add two teaspoon salt it. Put aside for 15 mins.

After 15 mins press reddish in ur hands so that all water come out. Must check salt and then add more if needed.

Now add all spices and fresh coriander and green chillies. Mix well

Make two Small roties and put reddish mixture in it. cover with second roty. Press sides to close the edges. Roll it again.

Roll fine.

Put 2 Tb spoon desi ghee while cooking.

U can add butter if like.

Green dip. Garlic cloves, green chillies, green coriander, yogurt.add yogurt.
