Ingredients

  • 2big potato chopped
  • 1cauliflower chopped
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 1 inchginger crushed
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspdry coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • As neededcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add ghee

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Add tomato, ginger and saute it

  4. 4

    Add all spices and mix well

  5. 5

    Add potato and saute it for two minutes

  6. 6

    Now add cauliflower and cook it

  7. 7

    Serve it
