I divided cornflour in 2, half added with cut tofu as per choice. Add curry powder and mix slowly without breaking it.

Similarly, mix remaining spices and salt in veggies and mix well, then mix tofu in it slowly.

Spray some oil and air fried it for 10 mins in air fryer at 350 F.

Serve hot with chilli or any sauce or spread.
