Soak dry red chillies in water for 4-5 hours and grind it with garlic cloves and salt. Make a fine paste.

Mix 1 tbsp butter in garlic chutney nicely.

Spread this mixture on one side of all the slices.

Spread grated cheese on it. And sprincle mixed herbs and chilli flakes on it.

Keep other bread on this one. Like a sandwich. Sprincle mixed herbs and chilli flakes on it as well.

Heat pan or tava pour butter and keep these breads on it. pour butter from sides. Cover with lid and cook it on low flame. Till cheese melts nicely. And the bread becomes crisper.

Serve hot.
