Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdal(can be measured as per requirement)
  2. 1large capcisum
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1 tspKasuri methi
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. as per taste Bullet green chillies
  8. as per taste Red chilli powder
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  11. as required Cooking oil
  12. as required Coriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    First, add oil to pan and fry onion chopped once it’s turning brown add tomato chopped give it a minute.

  2. 2

    Then add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste keep it on low flame mix everything well.

  3. 3

    Then add dal mash to it and add capsicum add water accordingly.

  4. 4

    Give it one or two pressure cooker whistles.

  5. 5

    Let it cool down open the lid add check dal boiled consistency it’s good enough not hard not soft medium as it’s a dry curry.

  6. 6

    Lastly, add salt coriander leaves Kasuri methi and garam masala powder optional.

  7. 7

    Done serve hot with chapati.
