  • 2lemon grass
  • 4garlic cloves
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • 1 table spoonsalt
  • 1 table spoonsugar
  • 1/4coconut milk cup
  • 1 table spoontumeric
  • 1 table spoonGround coriander
  • 1 tbsground fennel
  • 1 table spooncumin
  • 1egg
  • 2 table spoonrice flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Lemon grass garlic and ginger grind well

  2. 2

    Mix the chicken with above paste

  3. 3

    Mix chicken with tumeric coconut milk,sugar, salt, ground coriander,fennel, cumin.marinate over night
