Pan fry the cream dory fillet in canola oil until golden brown undisturbed before cooking the other side.

While waiting for the fillet to cook, toast the whole what bread to achieve the crispiness desired.

Let the fillet rest on a paper napkin before starting to drain excess oil.

On the same or separate pan, fry an egg in medium to high heat. For scrambled eggs, remember that it doesn't need too much oil.

Leave about a tablespoon of oil in the pan to stir fry the vegetables. Put them both simultaneously and cook until the carrots are a little charred.
