In a pan roast the raw rice flour,then add salt to it and pour hot water to it at regular intervals and make it into a dough.

Now using the idiyappam making machine and make it into fine threads over the idilly plates. Now boil the idiyappam on idilly plates for 10 minutes at medium flame.

In a pan pour oil and then add fry mustard, urad dal, curry leaves and red chilli. Then add idiyappam to it and fry that for 1 minute.

Now the idiyappam is ready, have it with the coconut flakes and sugar.
