Wash and cut the bottle gourd and tomatoes in diced. In a pressure cooker add ghee and crackle the cumin seeds. Add broken wheat (daliya) roast till aromatic.

Now add veggies and soaked and washed split moong beans (hari daal) in sauté for 2-3 mins. Now add turmeric powder and salt and two cups of water.

Cover the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Open the lid and serve hot this very healthy and delicious daliya with lauki tamatar, with ghee, curd, papad.
