Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsboneless chicken
  2. 2-3 tbspmilk
  3. 1/2 tspvinegar
  4. 1bread slice
  5. 6-7 clovesgarlic crushed
  6. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  7. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1egg
  10. 2-3bread slices fine crumbed in mixer
  11. 1/2 cupmaida
  12. 1/4 cupcornflour
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli
  14. 1/4 tsppepper
  15. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Grind boneless chicken cubes along with bread vinegar milk crushed garlic red chilli pepper and salt into a coarse paste

    Wet hands scoop out small balls of the chicken mixture and shape them into square or round nuggets set aside

  3. 3

    In a bowl break open egg add salt red chilli pepper powder beat well add maida cornflour and 1/2 cup water mix everything nicely

    Now dip the prepared chicken nuggets into the egg maida and cornflour mix then remove and roll over breadcrumbs

  5. 5

    Similarly prepare all the nuggets u can freeze them once they are hard ziplock them and store 3 months use as when required

    Heat oil to medium add nuggets fry on medium flame until brown and crisp remove drain on absorbent paper serve with tomato ketchup
