Ingredients

  • 200 gmBhetki fish (Barramudi)
  • 1 tbspmaida/All purpose flour
  • 1 tbspArarot/corn flour
  • 1 tbspgarlic Ginger paste
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 200 mloil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspsaffron colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish and then mix all ingredients except oil and then leave it for half an hour...

    Then heat oil in a kadhai... put fish in the oil and fry well...till it becomes golden brown and crisp....

    Tasty fish pakodas are ready...serve with tomato sauce...
