Ingredients

  1. 200 gmBhetki fish (Barramudi)
  2. 1 tbspmaida/All purpose flour
  3. 1 tbspArarot/corn flour
  4. 1 tbspgarlic Ginger paste
  5. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 200 mloil
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 tspsaffron colour

Steps

    Wash fish and then mix all ingredients except oil and then leave it for half an hour...

    Then heat oil in a kadhai... put fish in the oil and fry well...till it becomes golden brown and crisp....

    Tasty fish pakodas are ready...serve with tomato sauce...
