Mayonnaise Palak Dumplings modak

In a bowl add palak. Then add all the above ingredients mix them together. Now add little water to make a dough.

Now take modak mould. Grease it with oil. Fill the mould with the mixture. After mixture is filled open the mould and shape of dumpling is ready. After all dumplings are ready refrigerate them for atleast 10-5min.

After 15min. Take a boiler to steam dumpling. Here I have used idli moulds you can use any other method too. Grease the moulds with oil. Keep the refrigerate dumplings into the idli mould steam them for atleast 10-15min on medium flame

After 15min turn off the gas. Remove the moulds and serve hot dumpling with sauce and garnish it with cheese.

Note: I have black pepper powder if you don't want to use black pepper you can use regular red chilli powder.
