A full-on nutrition packed & yummy breakfast idea or even a mid-day snack to get you going through the day! A must try I say!

Take a bowl & mash the avacado properly to make a cream, add few lemon drops (to avoid discoloration of the avacado). Then add the chopped veggies & mix well.

Take bread slices and toast them on a pan with butter or in a pop-up toaster.

On the toasted bread first spread the avacado veggie mix, sprinkle salt, pepper & finally the seeds (sunflower, pumpkin) & the nuts (walnuts & pinenuts). Cover with the second slice of toasted bread. Enjoy!
