Makhan ko bari degchi or pot me dal ke stove py rakh ly.
halki anch py pakny dy sath chamcha hilati jay ta ke nichy na chipky.

Jab ap dkhy liquid type o gya to boil kar ly. r stove band kar ke thanda hony ke lye rakh dy

Ye thora hard form me a jay ga. fir 1 hole kar ke dkhy agr pani nikl rha ha to nikal dy warna again stove py rakh ly

Continously chamch hilati jay medium flame

Atleast 30 mints ke bd completely ghee uprr nzr any lagy ga. r brown colour ka mixture separate o jay ga.

Ab ghee nikal ke jar me dal dy. r left over mixture me sugar add kar ke mazy ly ke khaye
