Ingredients

  1. Whole chicken washed and removed the inner fillings
  2. Mustard
  3. Ketchup
  4. Grated onion
  5. Salt n pepper
  6. Yoghurt
  7. Spicies of your choice
  8. Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken with salt and vinegar and rinse it well

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients (I mentioned up there)and yoghurt and leave it overnight in the fridge

  3. 3

    Once it's ready wrap it in the oven bags(cooking papers)and add the marination too and bake it for 1hr(180)°c

  4. 4

    Cut the paper slightly up and let it cook till the golden colour,frap it downwards too

  5. 5

    Pinch the chicken with fork or knife if it's ready serve
