Take a spinach wash properly and chop then make a thick puree.

Mix puree with flour add a pinch of salt and water if needed and make a dough.

Heat oil in a pan. Take a small round balls from the dough and roll them into a round shape of puri.

Deep fry the puri in hot oil and serve hot with aloo sabji.
