Gather all ingredients, wash and pet dry petals

Firstly take a pan add 1cup water allow to boil it, now add rose petals in it and boil it for about 3/4min, off the flame, when it cool strain it, and keep aside

Now grind beet root and mint together, and make sugar syrup by sugar now add beetroot pulp and rose water in sugar syrup, and cook it about 5/7min,

It became little thik consistency, now allow it to cool and store it, self life about 1 mont

When you want to drink it, Add 2tbsp of sharbat in a half glass of water,lemon juice and ice cubes. Serve chill.😋
