My older sister made these and we had an amazing meal that day, without making things too complicated.

Season the chicken breast (sliced thin) with salt, seasoning, chopped garlic, and a few drops of soy sauce, preferably a day in advance.

Prepare the tamalitos by wrapping the masa in corn husks and cook for 20 minutes.

Wash the herbs thoroughly and place them in a pot. Add salt, tomato, onion, and season to taste.
