Steps

Heat oil in a pan and put jeera after jeera crackles then add hing.

Now add all veggies except tomato & saute on high flame for 2 mins & add tomato.

Add sprouts stir it & add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt & mix well.

Turn off the gas & add lemon juice & chopped coriander.
Serve hot; you can have it in your breakfast & lunch.
