Steps

Cut and soak the dry soya, onion and tomatoes.

Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add finely chopped onion fry well and add chopped tomato and fry well for 1 min.

Next, add chopped soya and fry well 1 min, add chilli powder, salt and garam masala.

All Ingredients are added and fry well more 15 mins till it becomes deep fry then finally add coriander leaves and turn off the gas.

After 15 mins it's ready to eat with curd rice, rasam and all kind of foods, it's a fine side dish.
