2 cupwater
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspazwain (carom)seeds
1/2 inchginger grated
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
1clove
1 inch Cinnamon stick
to tasteLemon juice
1 tsphoney (optional)

Take a saucepan add 2mug of water.

Add all ingridients except lemon and honey.

Boil on medium flame till reduce water half of the taken quantity.

Seive and put lemon juice and honey.

Drink lukewarm...
