Marinate chicken with yogurt,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt if needed, Shan biryani masala. For half an hour

Chop onion and tomato. Add onion with oil on tawa. Let it soft a little and then add tomato and cover for two mins.

Add marinated chicken and yogurt in it.mix well

Cover it for 5-7 mins on low flame

Let it dry.

Boil water with salt, sabat garam masala, lemon juice. Boil rice in it. Cook it more till more soft till aik kani.

Mix rice in biryani masala. Add ginger, lemon skin and green chillies in it.

Mix and cover it on dam flame for 2 mins only.
