Steps

1.Take a heavy bottom pan.pour water in it to boil.. Add the chowmein... Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of oil so that the noodles don't stick

3.pour 2tbsp of oil in a pan.. Add the chopped onion to it and toss till it becomes light golden... Add the veggies and toss well till they get translucent.. Add the spices...and toss well

4. Add the boiled noodles and mix well....add sauce... to it... Toss for about 5 mins and switch off the flame, Then make an omelette in a separate pan and mix it with the prepared chowmin
