In a heavy bottomed vessel boil milk once and keep aside.

Wash and Boil sweet potatoes in a pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles.

Mash and pass the boiled sweet potatoes through seive to have a smooth paste.

Add this paste to the milk and start boiling the milk again.

When the milk starts leaving the corners of the vessel, add sugar.

Stir and cook again till you get the desired thick consistency. PS. Milk gets thicker when cooled. So keep the consistency accordingly.

Switch off the flame add nuts and serve chilled.
