For gravy put a cup of water in a pan then put onions, tomato, ginger, garlic, cashews and boil in medium heat until the raw smell goes

Put oil in a separate pan then put paneer and roast until golden

Now make a smooth paste of boiled ingredients

In a pan put oil then put cumin seeds, kasuri methi, coriander leaves and red chilli powder and mix it gently

Now put the paste, spices and saute until oil separates.Then put paneer cubes and simmer it for 1 minute

Put salt, cream and switch off the flame and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with naan or chapati.
