Steps

Heat the pan and add 2tsp oil, oil is heat then add garlic, Ginger then add onion and mix it.

Then add half of the corn, mater and mix it, cook for 3-4 minutes.

In a mixer jar add half of the corn and add 2 tbsp water and make a puree.

Add this puree in pan also add 1 cup water, salt to taste, lemon juice and cook for 10-12 minutes.

After that add corn flour slurry, honey and cook for 2 minutes.

Then take in serving bowl and Garnish with roasted corn and serve hot.
