In a mixing bowl take 1/2 cup of warm water add sugermix until it dissolve. Add dry active yeast mix let it restfor 15 minutes undisturbed,after that add maida & salt mix lightly need a soft dough. Rest for 1 hour and greased with oil befor rest.

Take a one part of dough divided in to 3 equal parts. stuffed filling and sealed like pics.

Now join the top of 3 parts and make a go choti like pic.Now brushing bread with Garlic butter add with mixed herbs. Sprinkles parmesan cheese. Baked bread in preheated convection in 200° for 20 minutes.
