Steps

In mixing bowl add maida, malai, salt and bind to soft dough with little water. Cover and keep aside for 10 mins.

Chopped tomato and grind to smooth paste to make puree. In a kadhai add 1 tsp oil, add tomato puree. And cook for 2- 3 minutes.

Add 4 tbsp milk/water to paneer tikka masala powder. Mix well to make a paste.(I have used Rasoi Magic Masala)

Add the spices paste to cook tomato gravy and mix well. Cook for 1min. Add paneer cubes, mix and cook for 1 min. Keep aside.

Knead the dough and make two portions. Roll each into 8" diameter thick round roti. Place one rolled roti on non-stick tawa. Roast on both sides with 1 tsp oil/ ghee.

On one roasted side of roti spread mayonnaise. In middle spread 2 tbsp chopped onion and capsicum pieces as shown.

On it placed half of paneer tikka masala mixture as shown. On it grate half of the cheese cube.

Fold and serve immediately.
